While we were away on vacation, we decided to tackle a HERO workout and do a MURPH one day. The great thing about a MURPH is that you don’t need a lot of equipment and it’s pretty easy to modify to meet your fitness level.

Modifications don’t make it any easier though - it’s still a really tough workout.
