Week 30: Stretching
Ahhh, stretching.
Stretching is one of those things that I know I don’t do enough of. I usually only stretch when something hurts. It’s truly incredible though how much stretching can impact how you feel about your day and how your body feels.
From simply stretching when you wake up in the morning, to stretching before or after a warmup, it’s really crucial to a happy and healthy body and mind.
