Week 11: TRX

Week 11 of #fitforsevens was TRX.

TRX is suspension training equipment. It’s great for taking anywhere. It’s perfect for those who don’t want to cough lots of $$ up for a gym membership.

Things I like about TRX:

You don’t sweat a ton.
You can do it anywhere.
You can be outside!
GREAT for strength and core.

Things I don’t like:

It’s a little awkward getting in and out of some of the moves.
It’s a great way to strength train but it isn’t super aerobic.
