Week 48: Tabata
Week 48 of #fitforsevens was #tabata workouts.
Tabata is a type of HIIT (high intensity interval training) where you work for 20 seconds on, rest for 10 seconds. Tabata workouts are great for when you’re short on time or space.
The workout that Colin and I did was only 4 minutes long. (See below)
