Week 18 & 19: Old Town Yoga Online
The last 2 weeks I’ve spent giving my body what it’s needed which has been OTY online, stretching, Crossfit, more water and veggies, and deep breaths. (Am I the only one that clicks dismiss on that #applewatch “breathe” reminder notification and thinks ‘I don’t have to time breathe?!’) UGH
Slowing down is HARD for me.
SUPER HARD.
But when I allow myself to do it, I feel so much better.
Weeks 18 & 19 were spent slowing down and taking more deep breaths. I hope that it’s something I can carry into the weeks to come.
