Week 7: Fit Body Bootcamp

Week 7 of #fitforsevens was Fit Body Bootcamp and it was the most fun I’ve ever had in a 30 minute workout!

As a runner and a Crossfit-er I was actually surprised with how much I loved Fit Body Bootcamp. I was also impressed with the intensity of the workouts even though it’s only 30 minutes. The workouts are tough! Even the warmup is hard.

My friend Lucero has been a lover of bootcamp for the last few months, pre and post baby #3. She has been excited for me to join her at a class for months now, and I’m so glad that I was able to! Our friend Mary also joined us, as well as my husband on Valentine’s Day!

Coach Rich is fantastic and makes the corrections you need, when you need them.

For the 3 classes that I attended, the room is divided into stations. There is a lot of fun equipment to keep the workouts interesting. The class moves very quickly and the time flies. There are modifications for all of the movements and the coach will help you if you need them.

My only con? My top knot almost got caught in the ceiling fan during box step-overs. #tallgirlprobs
